refunds and returns policy
At Yakpack, every product is completely handmade — from the weaving of the blankets to the screen printed labels which are hand stitched onto each pack and blanket individually . No machines, no mass production, just real people crafting each item with care and intention.
Because of this, you may notice small variations in size, colour, or stitching. These are not flaws — they are the quirks and characteristics that make each Yakpack a unique one of a kind item. They’re part of the story, not grounds for a refund.
We want you to love your Yakpack — so if something’s still not right, here’s how we can help:
Returns
You have 14 days from the date your Yakpack arrives to request a return.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 days.
Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email yakpackstore@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to assist.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different colour? Please return the original and place a new order — we are a small company and don’t offer direct exchanges just yet. If you have made an honest mistake and ordered the wrong colour, do drop us an email and we will do everything to ensure that the exchange goes as painlessly as possible.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If we’ve made a mistake or something arrives damaged, get in touch at hello@yakpack.store within 7 days and we’ll sort it out quickly. We try not to make any mistakes, but we wouldn’t be human if we didn’t make the odd error! We will always do everything make sure you get the correct item as soon as possible.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product back to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Yakpack Shipping Policy
We ship in recyclable and minimal packaging. Your Yakpack will arrive in a recycled mailer — designed to protect your product and the planet.
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Free UK delivery on all orders
- Packages are sent via tracked service and usually arrive within 2–4 working days
- We are not liable for any delays caused by postal services once the item has been dispatched
🇪🇺 Europe
- Two shipping options available:
- Economy (10–14 working days) – £4.50
- Tracked Priority (3–5 working days) – £9.00
- All parcels are tracked.
- Please note: Import taxes or customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer
- Yakpack is not liable for any delays caused by customs or local delivery services
🇺🇸 United States
- Tracked International Shipping – £14.00
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 working days
- Yakpack is not responsible for delays or any import duties charged by US customs

At Yakpack, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.We respect your privacy. When you shop with Yakpack, subscribe to our newsletter, or get in touch, we only collect the information needed to get your Yakpack safely to you and to keep you in the loop if you’ve opted in.
We don’t share your information with third parties except where necessary to process payments and ship your order (e.g. Stripe, WooPayments). Your data is stored securely and you can unsubscribe at any time.
